AktiveHate is the brainchild of ISK, also driving force behind PsychotekTrauma, VexXxeR, Anxiety Disorder and Lokomotiv.
Created in 2007 to explore a slightly different vein of sound, aktivehate evolved into a presence of it’s own, slowly defining itself as more than just a secondary offshoot.
Originally created under the moniker Aktiv[e|h]ate, the band featured songs on compilations Extreme Sundenfall Vol.7 (song - Star Struck (feat. VPG)) and This Is IndustrialPT (song - Decadent Flesh), a compilation of industrial bands from portugal (check band profile for free download).
The band then changed it’s name into less confusing “AktiveHate” in early 2009, just before releasing it’s first EP - “Corrosive Intent”.
Dealing with both hate and love, pain and pleasure, this music strives to touch all the spektrum of human feelings.
Dirty, dark, and vicious. Hurtful, sorrowful and hateful.
